KMC works with school leaders to modernise teaching practices and incorporate digital tools into classrooms. We help schools and educators transition smoothly into a technology-enabled environment, training teachers to integrate digital tools into their teaching practice. We offer both Digital Teaching and Data Literacy workshops for education professionals.

Our Digital Teaching workshops empower teachers to be proactive in their approach to student success, providing them with practical examples of how to optimise their teaching practices through digital tools. Teachers are also taught how to use analytics software to derive qualitative insights about student learning. By the end of the workshop, teachers will be able to manage a classroom more effectively through employing various digital administrative tools.

Our Data Literacy workshops help school leadership to make data-driven decisions and evaluate student outcomes. By analysing student data, schools can identify trends in student performance and implement targeted interventions to support their learning. They can also identify effective teaching practices and replicate them across classrooms to improve overall teacher effectiveness.
